Dressage Training and lessons
with fei trainer and human movement specialist, lindsey culver

Our passion is to create a positive learning environment where riders and horses thrive!

private lessons

45 minute and hour private lessons are available with a focus on horse and rider biomechanics. While Dressage is our main discipline, you'll find that our training method is beneficial to all disciplines including Eventing, Hunter/Jumper and Western.

training sessions

With Lindsey's deep love for the horse and ability to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each horse, she designs individualized training programs that allow them to thrive both mentally and physically. The focus is to develop suppleness and strength in the horse's often overlooked deep core and back muscles through Simon Cocozza's Core Conditiong for Horses Program that was developed to not only improve the performance in competition horses but to also rehab injuries and reverse kissing spine. Lindsey is honored to be one of Simon's Approved Coaches, currently the only one in the US!

stability Studio

As a Certified Human Movement Specialist, Lindsey assesses the movement patterns of each rider to determine exactly where the imbalances are that are causing posture and balance issues in the saddle. In an area of our indoor arena, we have a matted exercise studio with equipment where riders can work on their personal training program designed by Lindsey to help improve their stability and mobility on the horse during lessons as well as on their own time. Lindsey works closely with International Rider Physio, Britta Pederson of The Performance Refinery, utilizing her Stability Slings and P2 Performance Bands.

We attend multiple Recognized and Schooling Shows each year. Lindsey offers coaching at shows as well as competing on clients horses.

haul-in lessons

We gladly welcome riders of all disciplines to trailer their horse to our facility for lessons or training sessions with Lindsey.

school horse

Our school horse, Blue Sky, is Lindsey's semi retired FEI horse that loves to teach riders of all levels!
He is currently out of work due to an injury but we hope to have him ready for lessons soon.

Lindsey welcomes horses in training for our sales program and is also available to help you locate your dream horse with her extensive contacts in the US and Denmark.

Lindsey is available to teach clinics at your facility. We also host multiple clinics a year with our clinicians. For more information on having Lindsey at your barn for clinics, please email her at Lindsey@catlinfarm.com
